Welcome!

One Little Step is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization providing movement supports, ATM classes and Feldenkrais lessons to people with special needs and the elderly & education to the public. Public ATM classes and private FI lessons also available.

The Feldenkrais Method 

How does it work? Recognizing that it is the brain that drives movement, and not muscles, and that the brain has the ability to learn or relearn after injury and damage, the Feldenkrais Method works in a gentle yet profound way to guide each individual to his or her full potential. 

One of the unique and wonderful things about the Feldenkrais Method is that it uses movement as a tool to inform the whole person.

The lessons are related to their environment and respect the process of learning that is unique to each individual. This method fully engages thinking, sensing and feeling.
